Candidate Services

Whether you’ve found us or we’ve found you, we need to get to know one another.

Our Search Process for Candidates

Getting to know you

We review your résumé and/or your LinkedIn profile.

If you are a viable candidate for our clients, the employers, we’ll ask you a number of questions about your career parameters (short and long term career goals, what types of roles you are interested in, where you are looking, why you are looking).

Your answers are essential to our process.

If you fit our specs, we’ll invite you to keep in touch and we’ll do the same.

If you don’t fit our specs, we’ll let you know.

Presenting a job to you

When we are working on a search that may interest you, we’ll contact you.

We’ll provide you with as much information as we can, including job, responsibilities, location, level, and title.

If we agree the job could be a good fit for you, we’ll identify the client and provide more details.

If you’d like to proceed, we’ll schedule a call to review your background in more detail.

If we believe you are a strong candidate, we’ll refer you to the employer.

Presenting you to an employer

When we refer you to an employer, we give them insight into your accomplishments, your fit for the position, your desired income, your openness to any necessary relocation, and other relevant information.

We provide the employer with your current résumé and supporting information.

We talk with the client to answer any questions they have about you.

Once you’ve been referred to an employer, we’ll contact you at least once a week to let you know where things stand, until such time as you’ve accepted the job, turned it down, or been turned down.

Preparing you for an interview

You’ll never have to go into an interview unprepared.

We schedule prepping calls before every interview.

We review the job specs again, and re-confirm your fit for the role, income level, etc.

We tell you everything we can about the people you’ll talk to, the interview style, and the hiring process.

After an interview

We’ll obtain your feedback before contacting the employer to hear theirs.

If you are interested in proceeding, we’ll work with the employer to move you to the next step in the process.

If you are not interested in proceeding, we’ll let the employer know and keep the door open for future opportunities.

If the employer is not interested in proceeding, we’ll let you know as soon as possible, and provide you with all available feedback.

Offer and Acceptance

It’s our job to make sure that an employer’s offer is one you’ll want to accept.

If it isn’t, we’ll work with them to revise it (if possible).

We work with you and the employer every step of the way to answer your questions, provide you with any additional resources you need, and smooth the process.

Once you’ve accepted the offer, we help you draft your resignation letter.

We keep in touch with you and the employer during the on-boarding process.

We follow up with you regularly once you are on the job, making sure things are going as planned.
