The Manager, Business Development will be responsible for driving growth by assisting in the development of new client relationships, overseeing business development processes, and managing the onboarding of new clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong knowledge of Retail Credit products and effectively educate prospective clients on these products
  • Manage incoming leads and tools for prospect management
  • Perform discovery as needed for new clients
  • Collaborate with merchant services for dealer and client onboarding
  • Coordinate and assist with industry conferences and partner events
  • Own and manage new business aspects of 3rd party or broker relationships
  • Manage program sales collateral and assist in the RFP response process
  • Monitor progress and productivity of new business to meet goals
